Pawn Policy

• Must be at least 18 years old to pawn, trade, sell
• Interest is charged monthly at 25% or $3.00, whichever is greater
• Interest is due by the due date every 30 days
• Pawns 5 days overdue are assessed a late fee
• Any Pawn over 10 days late may be sold without further notice
• The Item is redeemable only by the bearer of the pawn ticket or by identification of the person making the pawn
• Pawn City reserves the right to refuse any item for any reason
